MagniSort™ 小鼠 NK 细胞富集试剂盒设计通过阴性选择对小鼠 NK 细胞进行磁性分离。该试剂盒不能分离 NKT 细胞。它经过优化，可利用生物素化的抗体混合物和链霉素亲和素包被的磁珠从脾脏中分离小鼠 NK 细胞。非目标细胞会由抗体结合，随后结合至磁珠，若将其放入磁场，溶液中会留下未接触的游离 NK 细胞。

MagniSort™ 小鼠 NK 细胞富集抗体混合物含有以下抗体：
