MagniSort™ Human CD8 Naïve T cell Enrichment Kit 设计用于通过阴性选择磁性分离 CD8 初始 T 细胞。它已经过优化，可利用生物素化抗体混合物和链霉素亲和素包被磁珠从正常人外周血单核细胞中分离人 CD8 初始 T 细胞。非目标细胞会由抗体结合，随后结合至磁珠，若将其放入磁场，溶液中会留下未接触游离 CD8 初始 T 细胞。
