		    Ac-IETD-CHO是胱天蛋白酶-8的抑制剂(IC50 = 5 nM)。[1]当以60 μM的浓度使用时,它抑制丙酸氟替卡松诱导的哮喘患者外周血T细胞凋亡增加。[2] Ac-IETD-CHO (10 mg/kg)抑制Fas诱导的凋亡和肝衰竭小鼠模型中肝脏胱天蛋白酶-3活性、DNA片段化、胞质细胞色素c水平和胱天蛋白酶-3、-8和-9酶原蛋白水解加工的增加。[3]
